This year's Masters gave fans everything they wanted - excitement, adrenaline and tense moments.

Year after year, all eyes were on Rory McIlroy, and fans wondered if Rory could lift the curse and finally triumph at Augusta National.

After years of waiting, Rory McIlroy managed to win this year and complete the career Grand Slam.

One of those who started the final round strongly was Bryson DeChambeau. It looked like he could spoil McIlroy's plans and beat him for the second time in a Major.

Bryson DeChambeau spoke openly after Rory's victory, saying that McIlroy did not want to talk to him during the round.

A few months later, DeChambeau, appearing as a guest on Flushing It, talked about his belief that he can win the 2026 Masters, but revealed that Rory really impressed not only him, but also everyone at this year's edition, and that it seems that the key to his success was the right mindset.

Somebody has worked so hard to win that tournament for so long, kind of the same thing with me. You know, I feel like I can do the same thing, he said.

I think having a more level mindset ahead going into it, just knowing that I can execute shots more on demand than what I was able to do last year. You know, that hook on 11 cost me quite a bit, and it was a frustrating moment where I know I can conquer those shots."
