Mercedes Mon is not handling her Final Battle loss quietlyand now she wants Ring of Honor to stop rubbing it in.
On November 7, 2025, the official ROH account posted a clip showing Red Velvets emotional post-match celebration after defeating Mon for the ROH Womens World Television Championship. The footage wasnt even of the pinfallit simply showed confetti falling as Velvet was handed the title belt. Still, it was too much for Mon. She replied directly to the ROH post:
The emotional response came days after Final Battle, where Velvet reversed Mons Statement Maker submission into a surprise pin to reclaim the title she never officially lost due to injury. Mon had previously unified the interim and original titles during an AEW Dynamite/Collision crossover match, solidifying her reignuntil it came crashing down.
Whats striking is Mons reaction not to the match itself, but to the aftermath. The simple image of Velvet celebratingconfetti, belt in hand, soaking it all inwas enough to trigger a very raw, human reaction from the woman who just lost everything.
This follows Mons earlier social media blow-up, where she clapped back at Rhios now-infamous downfall comment with a blunt SHUT UP. But this latest post isnt about clapping backits about vulnerability.
