A second camera anglefilmed from behind the childshows that the boy actually bypassed several layers of security and police officers in an attempt to get close to Heyman.
In the newly surfaced angle, Heyman does raise his armbut just to create space. At that same moment, a nearby security guard forcibly pulls the fan back, which now appears to be what actually moved the childnot Heyman.
