The November 21, 2025 episode of WWE SmackDown took place at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. Things didnt start out too good for the babyface team in the upcoming WarGames match.
The mens WarGames match this year is set to feature CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso on one side. Their opponents are The Vision, consisting of Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed, along with Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar.
This weeks SmackDown started out with The Vision in the ring. Then The Usos came out, but it was quickly pointed out that thye are outnumbered.
Cody Rhodes music hit, but he didnt come out. Instead, the camera showed the American Nightmares bus outside. Then Drew McIntyre walked out of the bus, looking like he just laid down a beating.
WWE staff flocked to Cody Rhodes to check on him. Then the show cut to commercial break for a big cliffhanger. When we came back from commercial, Cody Rhodes was laid out and bloody. Drew McIntrye shouted, see ya at WarGames, champ! before he drove off.
We will have to see how Cody Rhodes is feeling by the time Survivor Series comes around. At this point, anything is possible. He may not be walking into the dangerous double ringed match at 100% at this point.
