CM Punk just made Disney historyand now hes opening up about it.
The WWE World Heavyweight Champion hit the red carpet at the Zootopia 2 world premiere in Los Angeles and officially confirmed his role in the animated sequel. But its not just the casting that raised eyebrowsits who hes paired with and what theyre playing.
While speaking on the carpet, Punk shared his thoughts on voicing a zebra cop alongside none other than Roman Reigns. The duo play two officers in the Zootopia universe: Zebro Zebraxton (Punk) and Zebrow Zabrowski (Reigns).
The film drops on November 26 and features an all-star lineup including Dwayne The Rock Johnson as Zeke, Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman returning as Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, and Ke Huy Quan voicing the villain, Gary DeSnake.
Punks Disney debut comes just days before he returns to the ring at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames on November 29. Hes set to lead a team with Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso against Logan Paul, Bronson Reed, and Bron Breakker. With Zootopias streets under his watch and WarGames looming, Punks living two wildly different lives at once.
