Caroline Wozniacki, 35 admits she is likely done with pro tennis but hasn't completely shut down the doors on possibly playing again on the WTA Tour.

Wozniacki, who retired from pro tennis after the 2020 Australian Open, made a shock return to the Tour in the summer of 2023. And she instantly showed some flashes of her old form, reaching the US Open round-of-16 before losing to Coco Gauff in three sets.

Last year, Wozniacki kicked off 2024 in the first week of 2024 and went on to appear in 14 tournaments, posting a 16-14 record. Following her round-of-16 exit at the 2024 US Open, the former world No. 1 put the curtain on her season.

After not signing up for any tournaments at the start of 2025, it was revealed that Wozniacki was expecting her third child. The 2018 Australian Open champion gave birth in July.

Wozniacki on the prospect of returning to tennis for the second time: I think it's a no

Wozniacki has mostly been low-key throughout 2025. But this week, the 35-year-old agreed to be a guest on the Nothing Major Show, which is hosted by John Isner, Jack Sock, Steve Johnson and Sam Querrey.

"No. I think it's a no. If it were up to David, he would point out that I have my protected ranking and can play the big tournaments. I still have a long time to decide. If I think I can get back in shape, never say never. But with three small children, it's already a full-time job. I have three small children. I want to travel. It's been fun doing TV and I really enjoy it. So I think that's my next step. I like to work a few weeks a year and then relax with my family. It's the perfect balance," the Dane said on the Nothing Major Podcast.
