CM Punk doesnt just think hes still got it he believes hes never been better. The former WWE Champion is staring down another title shot, and even at 47, hes convinced this current run is his peak.

In a new interview with KSL News Utah, Punk made it clear that age isnt slowing him down if anything, its adding fuel to the fire.

The Second City Saint is back in the world title picture after having the championship snatched from him in brutal fashion at SummerSlam. After dethroning GUNTHER in a hard-hitting battle, Punks celebration was cut short when Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to walk out with the gold.

Now Punk is set to collide with Jey Uso this Saturday night in Salt Lake City at Saturday Nights Main Event, with the vacant World Heavyweight Championship on the line. Its a second chance for Punk and possibly his final run at the top of WWEs mountain.

Also on the card, Cody Rhodes will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre in a match loaded with personal stakes and championship implications.

At 47, Punk is proving age doesnt have to be a setback and hes ready to make history again.
