Drew McIntyre is heading into Saturday Nights Main Event with a score to settleagain.
Ahead of his Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes on November 1, McIntyre vented to the Edinburgh News about being robbed repeatedly by outside interference and shady officiating. Despite maintaining confidence going into his latest showdown with Rhodes, McIntyre made it clear that he no longer trusts the WWE system.
He then referenced two separate incidents that still haunt him, one of which involved an eight-count pin that the referee dismissed in favor of an unexplained reset.
McIntyre isnt just frustratedhes furious. But instead of dwelling on past mistakes, he claims this time will be different.
Drew McIntyre isnt just walking into Saturday Nights Main Event looking for redemptionhes walking in ready to burn the whole narrative down. After years of feeling robbed, overlooked, and politically outplayed, McIntyres done biting his tongue. If he gets his way, November 1 wont just be about winning the Undisputed WWE Championshipitll be about exposing the system and proving that grit beats golden-boy favoritism.
