Will Zalatoris is a name that is mentioned week after week, and fans remember his performances with positive emotions. Will Zalatoris has been less and less present on the golf courses for three years due to injuries that have hindered his success. However, Zalatoris has undergone back surgery for the second time in just over two years.
In the last three years, Will Zalatoris has played in only 41 tournaments, and year after year he has encountered serious problems, primarily in 2023 with a herniated disc that was pressing on his spine and a nerve.
Zalatoris went for surgery shortly after, and this year he also had surgery to repair herniated discs in his back.
In an interview with the media a few days ago, the American golfer revealed when he could return to the golf courses.

The most important thing is that Zalatoris feels good and that the pain is his past. The 29-year-old golfer emphasizes that he works hard every day, saying that he currently feels the best he has in the last three years.
Such optimistic messages certainly cause positive reactions from the public, who hope for an early return of the American golfer.
"I feel like the nightmare of three years of back pain is gone," he said.
"Finally, I am able to be a 29-year-old kid and go to work. I am getting a lot of advice this week on the PGA Tour Champions since there are a lot of guys with a lot of mileage on their bodies so I am definitely taking some notes this week.
I'm already back playing, I'm grinding every day. Trying to get in at least 18 (every day). It's been a long grind, don't get me wrong, but this is the most positive I've felt in three years."
