Xavier Woods has officially confirmed hes sticking around in WWE but not before clowning fans for finding out before he said anything himself.
Shortly after news broke that Woods had signed a new multi-year deal with the company, the New Day star took to Twitter with a trademark mix of humor and swagger. Reacting to the reports about his contract extension, Woods wrote:
The longtime WWE star went on to reflect on his career and teased an even stronger run ahead. Woods ended the post by tagging WWE and dropping a few of his signature hashtags.
As noted earlier today, Woods new deal nearly came down to the wire. His previous contract was set to expire in September 2025, but both sides finalized the agreement just last month.
Woods hilarious reaction shows exactly why he remains one of the most beloved personalities in the company balancing comedy, charisma, and loyalty in equal measure. And with a fresh deal in hand, it looks like The New Day will continue spreading positivity on WWE television for years to come.
