WWE is giving NXT a massive stage this fall as the developmental brand heads to New York City for a one-night special. On Tuesday, November 18, NXT will air live from The Theater at Madison Square Garden on The CW at 8pm ET.
The timing of the event is no accident. Just one night before, John Cena will make his final Madison Square Garden appearance on November 17 as part of his farewell tour, setting the stage for NXT to follow up in one of wrestlings most historic arenas.
The show will showcase NXTs top champions, including Ricky Saints as NXT Champion, Jacy Jayne as NXT Womens Champion, Ethan Page as NXT North American Champion, and Sol Ruca as NXT Womens North American Champion. Trick Williams and several other NXT Superstars are also confirmed to appear.
WWE announced ticket details, with sales opening to the general public on Wednesday, October 8 at 10am ET through Ticketmaster.com. Fans can grab their seats earlier through an exclusive presale on Monday, October 6 at 10am ET by using the code WWEVIP, which will remain active until 11:59pm ET that same night.
This special edition of NXT marks a milestone moment for the brand as it takes over The Theater at MSG for a primetime national broadcast, adding another historic chapter to WWEs deep connection with the venue.
Do you think NXT at Madison Square Garden will help cement its place as more than just WWEs developmental brand? Who would you like to see steal the show on November 18? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
