WWE Crown Jewel has a new match that should spark some attention.
The September 29 episode of WWE RAW included a lot of big moments at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Rhea Ripley opened RAW and spoke about the incident. She addressed what Asuka and Kairi Sane did. IYO Sky then came to the ring and said she felt betrayed as well.
IYO told Ripley she wouldnt fight her own group. She turned to leave, but Asuka and Kairi Sane attacked Ripley from behind. IYO returned to the ring to help. Asuka sprayed mist in IYOs face, knocking her to the mat as the segment ended.
Later on, it was revealed backstage that IYO Sky spoke to WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce, and she got a tag team match booked for Crown Jewel. Sky will team up with Rhea Ripley to take on Asuka and Kairi Sane.
The Kabuki Warriors are a decorated team, and they have a lot more experience together than IYO Sky and Rhea Ripley. The Nightmare expressed doubt about being able to trust Sky, but she assured her that she has nothing to worry about.
WWE Crown Jewel will go down on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the RAC Arena in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. This is shaping up to be a massive card.
