Former WWE star Baron Corbinnow going by Bishop Dyerdidnt hold back when talking about feeling disrespected during NXTs recent Homecoming event at Full Sail University.

The show, which celebrated the legacy of NXT by featuring returns and tributes to talent from its original Full Sail era, left Corbin feeling more than a little slighted. Despite being a major player during NXTs formative years and recently returning to capture tag team gold with Bron Breakker, Corbin was noticeably absent from the tribute packages aired during the show.

He did notice one odd form of recognitionjust not the kind he wanted.

Corbin acknowledged that being released mightve played a role in WWEs decision to keep his name out of the mix.

But the former NXT Tag Team Champion couldnt help but point out how deep his roots with the brand go.

Even after the initial frustration faded, Corbin still joked about one particular inclusion that irked him:

Corbins NXT journey spanned over a decade, including a full-circle return in 2024 where he and Bron Breakker formed the Wolf Dogs and captured the tag titles. While he may be out of WWE now, its clear he still holds his time in NXT closeand wanted to be part of the celebration.
