A former WWE Superstar made their return during the latest set of TNA television tapings, something that no one could have ever imagined.

During the TNA television tapings held at The Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on September 5, Frankie Kazarian cut a promo where he introduced former TNA World Champion Ken Anderson, making his first TNA appearance since January 2016.

The segment became heated when Kazarian mocked Steve Maclins military service, which angered Anderson, a member of the National Guard. Jake Something attacked Anderson, but Maclin came out to make the save. This exchange set up a match between Kazarian and Maclin for Bound for Glory.

Later in the tapings, Ken Anderson and Steve Maclin teamed up to defeat Jake Something and Frankie Kazarian in tag team action.

Fans were definitely happy to see Ken Anderson back in a TNA ring after almost 10 years. Andersons last match in TNA before this return was a dark match on January 7, 2016, so well have to wait and see whether Anderson will end up becoming a regular on TNA programming going forward.
