Lance Anoai signed with WWE back in the Summer last year but hes had to face numerous hurdles since then. Unfortunately, it appears he suffered yet another setback that has delayed his debut.

While speaking on the Fightful Select Q&A podcast, Sean Ross Sapp revealed that Lance Anoai suffered another injury. He explained that Anoai had a couple of setbacks, starting with an injury shortly after signing last year that was expected to sideline him well into 2025.

Unfortunately, Lance Anoai then sustained another injury, leaving him still out this summer. Sapp described it as very unfortunate luck that has kept him from appearing.

The son of Samu and a member of the legendary Anoai family, Lance Anoai built his name in Major League Wrestling, where he competed from 2018 until 2023 before moving on to new opportunities. He also showed off his talent internationally in Pro Wrestling NOAHs 2023 N1-Victory Tournament, earning big wins over Go Shiozaki, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., and Yuma Anzai.

At only 33 years old, Lance Anoai still has plenty of time to recover and eventually make his impact in WWE once hes cleared. Even then, the back-to-back setbacks have been difficult, creating frustration not only for him but also for fans who want to see him debut in WWE. We wish him all the best and hope he makes his WWE debut as soon as possible.

Do you think Lance Anoai can still have a breakout run in WWE once he recovers, or will the injuries hurt his long-term momentum? Sound off in the comments.
