Karrion Kross and Scarlett may be free agents after leaving WWE, but their post-company schedule is raising eyebrows especially since none of their upcoming appearances involve stepping into a wrestling ring.
In a new update, Kross and Scarlett announced a full lineup of appearances under the banner of the Killer Smokeshow: Carnage Tour, which spans from late summer through fall. The catch? Every single stop is at a convention not a wrestling event. The current schedule includes:
- Mad Monster Expo: August 22 in Concord, North Carolina
- Creep I.E. Aftermath: September 5-7 in Ontario, California
- Silver Scream Con: September 12-14 in Worcester, Massachusetts
- Scaradise: October 3-4 in Tampa, Florida
- New York Comic Con: October 10-12 in New York City
- The Big Event EXS: November 15 in Brentwood, New York
While the duo is clearly leaning into their larger-than-life personas, the absence of any actual wrestling dates has only fueled further speculation about whats really going on behind the scenes.
This update comes on the heels of claims made by Billi Bhatti on the Dirty Sheets Wrestling Informer podcast, where he said Kross let his contract expire on purpose and is gambling on a storyline-driven return to WWE. According to Bhatti, WWE was ready to re-sign Kross immediately, but he chose to work the fans and stir up demand by pretending to be done with the company all while maintaining support from Paul Heyman.
Bhatti explained that both Kross and WWE believe the plan will work if fans make enough noise online. But if they dont, Kross could find himself on the outside with no guaranteed path back.
So far, however, that elsewhere has only been convention centers not wrestling promotions. And while he may have other creative projects in motion, this current tour leans more toward horror fandom than headlocks and suplexes.
If the goal is to generate buzz, theyve succeeded. But whether this strategy builds enough momentum for a WWE return or just sidelines Kross and Scarlett from wrestling altogether remains to be seen.
