The Undertaker might be done lacing up his boots but if one man couldve pulled him back into the ring, it was Gunther.
On the latest episode of WWEs Six Feet Under show, the Deadman sat down with Gunther and co-host Mo for a rare, open chat about in-ring psychology, physical storytelling, and respect. As the conversation turned toward fantasy booking a WrestleMania showdown between the two, Undertaker made a surprising admission.
Gunther, never one to miss an opening, smirked and replied with a jab of his own:
The two shared a laugh, clearly connecting over their love for no-nonsense brutality in the ring. Taker went on to describe the match they could have had one that wouldve built slowly and methodically before turning into a war.
Gunther nodded, adding:
They wrapped the discussion by agreeing that their shared emphasis on physicality, psychology, and realism wouldve made the matchup a perfect fit especially at a show like WrestleMania, where larger-than-life storytelling thrives.
Its not every day The Undertaker throws around that kind of praise, and for Gunther, its a sign that his work hasnt just grabbed fans attention its earned the respect of one of the greatest legends to ever step in the ring.
