Don Callis thinks his relationship with Kyle Fletcher is art.
The August 6 episode of AEW Dynamite took place at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Fans in the building had no idea that they would see the unveiling of a new piece of pro wrestling art.
Don Callis and his family took the ring this week on AEW Dynamite to cut a promo. Naturally, fans chanted shut the f*ck up in his general direction.
Kyle Fletcher boasted the fact that he may have ended Dustin Rhodes career, as well as Adam Coles. Then Don Callis said that Kyle Fletcher is art, and that brought attention to the covered painting in the ring.
Don Callis said that he spent the last 2 days painting and he still had oil paint on his fingers. Then he got Kyle Fletcher to admit how badly he wanted to see the art before it was revealed.
This painting was bold, to say the least, and some may say it was a bit homoerotic. Either way, it certainly brought a heel reaction from the Cleveland crowd.
Only time will tell what is next for Don Callis and his family. Obviously, they are getting a ton of heat along the way, and they are loving every moment of it.
