Jon Moxley has a new opponent on the horizon.
The August 6 episode of AEW Dynamite went down at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The company has Forbidden Door ahead of them, and that received a focus.
Darby Allin showed up during Jon Moxley and Speedball Mike Baileys opening match on AEW Dynamite this week. He put a rag over Wheeler Yutas mouth, and then dragged him off through the crowd. This was an apparent and very blatant kidnapping attempt.
Later on, Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir found Wheeler Yuta in a bodybag in the parking lot. When they unzipped him, they saw that Yuta had the words Forbidden Door taped to his forehead.
This was a bold challenge for Jon Moxley at Forbidden Door. Obviously, Darby Allin wants a shot at the former AEW World Champion.
