
SummerSlam Saturday was a big night in MetLife Stadium, and Saturday night was a massive one. They also packed the stadium for the biggest party of the summer.
During the 2025 SummerSlam event on Saturday, Michael Cole announced that 53,161 fans were in the building for the event. After that, WWE paid tribute to Hulk Hogan.
This was an impressive number, but its nowhere near WWEs largest event in history. The highest SummerSlam attendance was at Wembley Stadium in London in 1992, with 78,927 fans.
In 2016, WrestleMania 32 officially announced an attendance of101,763at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. WWE is still packing stadiums, and New Jersey had quite a show for SummerSlam as well.
WWE is known for their massive events, and they bring a ton of fans for their destination events. SummerSlam certainly drew a crowd this year, and this is just night one of the two-day show.
