The wait is finally over for WWE fans with a Nintendo Switch 2. The release date for WWE 2K25 on the new console has officially dropped and its coming fast.

During the April reveal event for the Switch 2, 2K confirmed that both WWE 2K and NBA 2K would be making their way to the upgraded system. Now, after months of teasers, the full trailer for WWE 2K25 on Switch 2 has arrived, along with gameplay footage and surprise appearances from LA Knight, Finn Balor, and Raquel Rodriguez.

According to the official listing on Nintendos North American eShop, WWE 2K25 hits the Switch 2 on July 23, 2025. The standard digital version is priced at $69.99, while hardcore fans can drop $99.99 for The Deadman Edition or $129.99 for The Bloodline Edition.

Physical collectors, dont get your hopes up the trailer confirmed the game will only be available as a Game Key Card release. That means no actual game data on the cartridge just a download code inside the box.

This marks WWEs big return to a Nintendo platform for the first time since WWE 2K Battlegrounds in 2020 and before that, WWE 2K18 in 2017.

The latest WWE 2K25 DLC, Dunk & Destruction, also dropped last week, bringing TNA legend and WWE producer Abyss, The Great Khali, NBA icon Shaquille ONeal, and current NBA stars Jalen Brunson and Tyrese Haliburton into the virtual squared circle.
