
For the 2024 season, five Major League Soccer clubs including Inter Miami and Sporting Kansas City released retro third kits, delighting fans and collectors alike.
Now, adidas Archive Collection is set to return for a second year following a successful debut.
Complex report the initiative will expand in 2025 with ten additional MLS teams joining the retro-themed drop.
Launching officially this summer, the 2025 Archive Collection will include third shirts for Columbus Crew, FC Dallas, Charlotte FC, Minnesota United, D.C. United, Colorado Rapids, New England Revolution, Seattle Sounders FC, Nashville SC, and San Jose Earthquakes.
Each club will also receive matching Archive Collection jackets and a custom pair of adidas Gazelle sneakers.
The Colorado Rapids have already teased their new third jersey on Instagram, showcasing green, yellow, and blue stripes, along with their classic circular logo (used from 2001 until it was replaced in 2006). The post also featured the date 7.16.2025, suggesting an official release date.
