WWE has brought in a lot of big names from outside pro wrestling in the past. SummerSlam on August 2 and 3 will be no exception, with Cardi B on the guest list as host of the two-night event.
During the press conference after Money in the Bank, Triple H was asked by someone about Cardi Bs SummerSlam hosting gig. She also asked if Cardi B will get in the ring.
Triple H replied by asking whether Cardi B can be controlled. There are plans for the rapper, so shes likely not getting physical in the ring. That still opened up the possibility that you never know what can happen. After all, WWE is working on a lot of things for the future.
WWE is a land where anything can happen. With so many A-list crossovers, you can never really close the book on anything being a possibility. After all, the company has made a name for themselves by surprising fans on a consistent basis.
We will keep a close eye on SummerSlams booking. Cardi B will be on hand in New Jersey. Even if she just opens the event with her signature charisma, it will certainly be a memorable event for fans.
