Vince McMahon officially resigned from WWE and TKO Holdings after he was hit with a sexual trafficking lawsuit by ex-WWE employee Janel Grant. Many people were shocked by the allegations against McMahon and now Bret Hart has called McMahon a predator, among other things.
While speaking to The Rise Guys, Bret Hart was asked how he felt about Vince McMahon re-signing as WWE Chairman after the lawsuit and everything that followed. He said the whole situation was so serious and shocking that he could picture laying it all out on a blackboard, from John Laurinaitis role to how badly the victim was treated. He said everyone involved should be ashamed.
Bret Hart talked about how hes had a complicated relationship with Vince McMahon over the years. While he does have some respect for him, he couldnt excuse what happened. He said theres no place for that kind of behavior in wrestling or anywhere.
The Hitman also said he believes Vince McMahon turned into a predator and used the wrestling business to cover up his evil actions. He ended by saying that having too much money can change people and turn them into bad versions of themselves.
Right now, John Laurinaitis has been dropped from the trafficking lawsuit as he is now prepared to assist against Vince McMahon. Regardless, well have to see what will become of McMahon in the end, as its clear Bret Hart will never change his view on McMahon.
