WrestleMania 42 looks like its heading back to the desert.

According to a June 5 update from WrestleVotes, WWE is in the final stages of locking in Las Vegas as the host city for its biggest event of 2026just one year after WrestleMania 41 lands in the same state.

The move had been held up due to logistical issues, but sources tell WrestleVotes that most of the red tape has now been handled. WWE reportedly insisted on replicating the full event setup from this past year, and that included securing the Las Vegas Convention Center for its fan events.

A big sticking point was WWEs hesitancy to settle for any venue other than the Convention Center for its fan experienceformerly known as WWE Axxess. TKO, WWEs parent company, apparently wasnt too keen on other options either.

This update supports what Bryan Alvarez previously shared on Wrestling Observer Live, noting that Las Vegas had suddenly become the frontrunner after New Orleans was awarded the 2026 edition of Money in the Bank instead. Alvarez explained the holdup wasnt just about moneyWWE was navigating scheduling conflicts at Allegiant Stadium and negotiating convention space access.

If the deal is finalized, this would be the first time WWE holds WrestleMania in the same state for two years in a rowand fans could be gearing up for back-to-back spectacles in Sin City.

Las Vegas. Warm weather. Big fights. WWE might just be going all in again.

Would you be down for another Wrestle Mania in Vegas? Or should WWE have switched it up for 2026? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
