A name has a lot of weight for a professional wrestler but names can be changed at any given moment and now it appears that one particular TNA star had his name change during the latest set of television tapings.
During the television tapings for TNA iMPACT on May 24th at the CAA Centre in Brampton, Ontario, it was revealed that Champagne Singh is now going by his original name, Raj Singh.
This comes after Champagne Singh competed as the mystery partner for Indi Hartwell and The Rascalz, where they lost to Jason Hotch, John Skyler, Mustafa Ali & Tasha Steelz during TNAs Under Siege pay-per-view.
Champagne Singh made his debut in TNA Wrestling back in 2019 as Raj Singh as part of the Desi Hit Squad, alongside Rohit Raju. He went as Champagne Singh back in 2023 after teaming up with Shera but now that hes back as Raj Singh, fans are definitely interested to see what he will do next.
Raj Singh clearly has a lot of momentum on his side right now and the future looks bright for him and so only time will tell whether this will translate to an eventual shot at a championship soon.
