Brinley Reece is on the road to recovery.
The WWE NXT star took to Instagram to reveal that she recently underwent shoulder surgeryand everything went smoothly. Reece shared a time-lapse video documenting her journey from pre-op prep to post-surgery, offering fans a rare behind-the-scenes look. Surgery was a success, she wrote in the caption.
Reece hasnt wrestled since the March 22 WWE NXT live event in Bartow, Florida, where she faced Karmen Petrovic in a singles match. Shes also been active on WWE EVOLVE and has made appearances on NXT television, teaming up with Malik Blade and Edris Enofe. Fans might also remember seeing her on WWE Main Event.
Thanks to WWEs partnership with TNA Wrestling, Reece even made a crossover appearance on TNA iMPACT! earlier this yearan opportunity that doesnt come around often.
Theres no official timetable for her in-ring return, but the surgery is a major first step toward getting back in action.
