The May 19 episode of WWE RAW took place at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina. You never know what can happen, especially with Logan Paul around.
The Maverick has been gunning for Jey Usos World Heavyweight Title since Uce won it at WrestleMania 41 by defeating GUNTHER. This week on RAW, the YouTuber turned boxer turned WWE Superstar had a chance to rile up fans.
Logan Paul was there to open the show this week. He started out his promo by spitting some facts about his upcoming World Title match, and that included the fact that he will win the championship from Jey Uso.
Logan Paul also brought up how he knocked Jey Uso out three times already, and he will do it again on Saturday. That is when GUNTHER came out to give his two cents. The Ring General has already staked his claim to face whomever walks out of Saturday Nights Main Event as champion.
GUNTHER mentioned how Logan Paul is so certain that he can beat the man who won the title at WrestleMania 41, so that means Paul believes he can beat the Ring General as well. GUNTHER also had to deal with a ton of you tapped out chants.
GUNTHER then said that there are things that Logan Paul could teach him in social media and business. He said that Paul as WWE World Heavyweight Champion would be great for business. Logan appreciated that a lot. Then GUNTHER said that beating Jey Uso is very personal, so to take that away from GUNTHER would be seen as a sign of disrespect. The Ring General then asked Logan Paul to ask Pat McAfee how he deals with disrespectful non-wrestlers.
That is when GUNTHER told Logan Paul that all his other accolades wont mean anything in Phoenix on June 9, because he will eat him alive. That was quite a scary statement coming from GUNTHER. The Ring General left after that, and Logan told him to come back, but he turned around to eat a Superkick from Jey Uso.
Saturday Nights Main Event will go down on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida. It should be a very big show as NBC airs another one of WWEs long-running specials on primetime television. Only time will tell where the story goes after that with GUNTHER in the picture.
