Lyra Valkyria is getting real about the drastic changes shes faced since moving up to WWE RAW from NXT.
During a recent appearance on The Takedown, Valkyria shed light on the contrasting atmospheres and grueling schedules between the two brands.
Its a very different environment, Valkyria said, comparing the consistent NXT setting to the unpredictable pace of the main roster. Like NXT, you have the same crowd all the time Its a much smaller arena. The NXT people are going into the PC every single day. Theyre in this routine.
Now that shes a full-time RAW Superstar, Valkyria is adjusting to the heavy travel schedule. Theyre there every single day whereas weve got a lot more travel. Its RAW to RAW, she explained, acknowledging how the constant travel can be both challenging and rewarding.
Despite the demanding schedule, Valkyria has embraced the new routine and even finds some upsides. I also get a lot more time off to work on things as well, whereas I feel like NXT, youre in there constantly, she said. I personally love the travel. I feel like its more trial by fire and with RAW, which I enjoy.
Valkyrias transition to the main roster hasnt been without its challenges, but the former NXT Womens Champion seems ready to face whatever comes her way.
