Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister has been named the Premier League's Player of the Month for April 2025, with Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Vitor Pereira taking home the Manager of the Month award.
Mac Allister netted a glorious long-range goal in a disappointing 3-2 defeat to Fulham and capped off an excellent month by opening the scoring in the 5-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur which ultimately confirmed Liverpool as Premier League champions.
He is just the fourth Argentinian to ever win the Premier League's monthly award, following on from Juan Sebastian Veron, Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero.
Liverpool have now had two different prize winners this season. Mac Allister follows talisman Mohamed Salah, who picked up the award in both November 2024 and February 2025.

There may have been five nominees for April's Manager of the Month award, including title-winner Arne Slot, but Pereira was the clear favourite after leading Wolves to a perfect month. Five victories from five saw the Molineux outfit confirm their spot in next season's Premier League after a season of battling relegation.
"It was a very, very good month for us," Pereira told club media. "We were consistent, we were competitive, but this is the work of a lot of people in the shadows. We achieve nothing alone, without the staff, without the supporters, without these people working in the kitchen, in the gym and everywhere. The reward is for everybody.
"Ipswich maybe was the game that was in the right time. The points at that time were not like today. Today, we can play with more confidence, more freedom to create, but it's about the players, they deserve everything because they are on the pitch.
"We have a fantastic chemistry between everybody, the club, the players, the supporters in the city, and I feel part of this family."
