After a promo segment with Paul Heyman to start the show, JeyUso faced Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship on "WWE Raw." Strangely, there was no sign of the match who challenged Uso last week, Logan Paul after the cameras went off the air, that is.
After Uso retained his title in a no contest finish after SamiZayn and CM Punk interfered, the show ended and the Netflix feed went dark. Shortly thereafter, however, WWE posted a video to their social media of Uso walking around the ring to high five fans. A hooded person decked him and sent the champion to the floor. The assailant removed their hoodie to reveal himself as Paul; Zayn checked out his friend as Paul ran away laughing. Paul "Triple H" Levesque shared the clip on X, formerly known as Twitter, with the caption "the show never ends."
As of this writing, Uso vs. Paul for the World Heavyweight Championship is not currently announced for the BacklashPLE on Saturday. There's no official word on when the match might occur, though WWE does have another Saturday Night's Main Event broadcast on NBC coming up on May 25.
