The May 2 episode of WWE SmackDown took place at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa. There were a lot of things to get to. That included booking a big match for Backlash.

Nick Aldis was backstage with Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. He didnt like how things have gone for the last few weeks.

Aldis then said that Jacob Fatu will defend his United States Title against LA Knight and Damian Priest at Backlash in a triple threat match. Solo complained about it, saying that Drew McIntyre won the #1 contender match. That is when Aldis made a change.

The WWE SmackDown GM then booked a fatal four-way match with Jacob Fatu against LA Knight, Damian Priest, LA Knight and Drew McIntyre. Fans seemed to like this booking.

Jacob Fatu fired back that he doesnt care who he faces at Backlash, because he will dog walk them. Solo Sikoa then told Aldis that hes trying to screw Fatu, and Aldis replied, no, you are.

We will have to see how WWE Backlash turns out for the Samoan Werewolf. Only time will tell if he walks out of St. Louis as US Champion.
