WWE is stacking its international schedule againthis time with the return of a once-shelved event.
According to a report from Bodyslam.net, WWE is bringing Night of Champions back in June 2025, with the premium live event locked in for Saturday, June 28 in Saudi Arabia.
The report, first revealed in the PWNxBodyslam Discord, states that SmackDown will go down the night before on Friday, June 27. However, its still unclear whether Monday Night Raw will also be taped overseas like WWE did during their 2024 trip.
Night of Champions last ran in 2023, but was replaced this year by the King and Queen of the Ring event. With the PLE reportedly back on the calendar, WWE is looking to slot it neatly between Money in the Bank in early June and SummerSlam in early Augustmaking June a packed month for the companys global fans.
This is part of WWEs ongoing partnership with Saudi Arabia, which continues to be a major international revenue driver. WWE has already confirmed that the 2026 Royal Rumble will take place in Saudi Arabia, marking the first time the country will host one of the companys Big Five events.
An official announcement for the June 28 show is expected soon, possibly as early as next week.
