All Elite Wrestling will present its annual Blood and Guts edition of "AEW Dynamite" on November 4, and after the men's match was made official this past week, the women's match was also made official following the events of the October 24 episode of "AEW Collision."During "Collision," Divine Dominion's match with Wrathlander ended in a disqualification when The Sisters of Sin interfered on behalf of Megan Bayne and Lena Kross. As Kris Statlander and Harley Cameron were being beaten down, Thekla ran down to join in on the action before Willow Nightingale made the save for her two former tag team partners with a steel chain. Backstage, Nightingale stated that Divine Dominion and the Triangle of Madness may have escaped the taste of her steel chain for now, but she wants to give them a taste of some real steel on November 4 by issuing the challenge for Blood and Guts.Nightingale explained that she had gotten off the phone with The Brawling Birds, two women who also hate Divine Dominion and the Triangle of Madness, and agreed to join forces with Statlander, Cameron, and Nightingale for Blood and Guts. Wrathlander weren't too impressed with the idea considering they are challenging both Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor for the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championships at AEW Full Gear 2026, but they will have no choice but to coexist as the match was made official shortly after "Collision" went off the air.November 4 will mark only the second time in AEW history that the women's division will compete in a Blood and Guts match, with the first bout taking place last year in Greensboro, North Carolina. Megan Bayne and the Triangle of Madness also teamed up in that bout, as did Nightingale, Statlander, Cameron, and Hayter, who will all enter the double-cage structure for the second time, while Lena Kross and Alex Windsor will enter for the first time.
