Jeff Jarrett has accomplished so much within the professional wrestling industry over the years, from working in both WCW and the then-WWF during the "Monday Night Wars," as well as creating a promotion of his own with TNA. There are many things the current AEW star hasn't done, however, and on an episode of "My World," he revealed one thing he wishes he got to do back in his heyday."I think the thing that jumps off the page, would be I never really got a 'rematch' with Shawn Michaels off of 'In Your House,'" Jarrett said. "That always comes to my mind is having a rematch with Shawn."The two WWE Hall of Famers faced off at WWF In Your House 2: The Lumberjacks in Jarrett's hometown of Nashville in July 1995. He and Michaels fought for the Intercontinental Championship, which Michaels won to begin his third reign with the title. The only other time the pair were in the ring together was during a 10-man tag team match in November 1994. They were on the same side and teamed with Diesel, Jim Neidhart, and Owen Hart.Co-host Conrad Thompson joked that it would be hard to book a rematch after one of the competitors quit and walked out. Jarrett infamously walked out of WWF, for the first time, following the "In Your House" match due to creative tension with Vince McMahon."I didn't get to do it! I killed it!" Jarrett admitted, with a laugh. If you use any quotes from this article, please credit "My World w/ Jeff Jarrett" and provide a h/t to Wrestling Inc. for the transcription.
