The Europa League and the Conference League take centre stage tonight and we have identified two teams we fancy in Thursdays Tip of the Day. First up, we have Celta Vigo. The Liga side visit a Celtic outfit that enjoyed a resounding win over Hearts at the weekend to again demonstrate their strength domestically but they are struggling to make the step up to continental competition.Martin ONeills men exited the Champions League in the qualifiers, squandering a 3-0 first-leg advantage to LASK Linz, losing the second leg 5-1 in Austria. They havent found the Europa League any easier, a 3-1 defeat at home to Ferencvaros followed by a 4-1 pummelling at Benfica.Tonight, they host a Celta Vigo side who are also pointless in Europes second tier competition but sit eighth in the Spanish top flight and are unbeaten in six domestic games. Our second tip is for AZ Alkmaar to win at Ararat Armenia.AZ were unfortunate to lose 1-0 at Sunderland in their Europa League opener but bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Hapoel Beer Sheva. They are going well in the Eredivisie, sitting second, and ought to be too good for a team that has yet to win in the competition, suffering convincing defeats to Sparta Prague and Jagiellonia.Thursdays Tip of the Day (odds are from bet365and correct as of 0900 on Thursday, October 22)Celta Vigo to beat Celtic @ 31/20AZ Alkmaar to beat Ararat Armenia @ 21/50Combined odds of 2.62/1A 10 stake will return 36.21Responsible GamblingIt is important that when using any bookmaker and placing bets online, you practice responsible gambling habits wherever possible.
