
Viewership and ratings of "WWE NXT" has risen once again after a blip in both metrics the previous week.The September 29, 2026 edition of the show rose in viewership from the previous week's 628,000 to 671,000, as per "Wrestlenomics," edging towards the 700,000 mark. September was a good month for the developmental brand compared to the same period from 2025, as the show averaged 695,000 as compared to647,000 last year.The key demographic rating also increased when comparing the September 29 show to the September 21 episode, rising to 0.11 from 0.09. While the 0.11 rating marked an improvement, it was still lower than the ratings for the other three September episodes, with two shows registering 0.12 and the September 1 episode recording the month's highest rating of 0.17. As for the average "NXT" ratings in September 2026, they were slightly lower than in September 2025, with the 2026 average at 0.12 compared to 0.13 last year.Last week's "NXT" began withthe NXT Women's North American Championship match, where Zaria retained her title against Thea Hail. The other championship match of the night headlined the show as NXT Champion Grayson Waller continued his reign after defeatingEK Prosper. The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic continued on last week's show, with two first-round matches taking place, as Fraxiom and the team of Chazz Hall and Mini Vikingo progressed to the next round.
