
EmailPrintOpen Extended ReactionsMETAIRIE, La. -- The New Orleans Saints could be down both of their starting linebackers against the Atlanta Falcons and running back Bijan Robinson on Monday night.Saints linebacker Kaden Elliss has been declared out with a calf injury and will not play against his former team. Elliss, who was drafted by the Saints, played three seasons in Atlanta before re-signing with New Orleans this season. Linebacker Pete Werner is questionable with a shoulder injury.Edge rushers Carl Granderson (ankle) and Anfernee Jennings (knee) are also out. Tight end Noah Fant, who scored two touchdowns last week, is questionable with an abdomen injury.Werner has not practiced all week and could be a game-time decision, according to Saints coach Kellen Moore."We'll give it a little bit of time. We obviously still have time 'til Monday night," Moore said. "... It's the physical side of this thing, not the mental side. So we'll just let it be evaluated for the next 24 or so hours."
