For the first time since 2019, Major League Wrestling is back on pay-per-view, and the event isn't too far away.On Saturday, November 7, MLW Saturday Night SuperFight will taking place at the Cicero Stadium in Chicago, Illinois, with the event streaming live on Live Nation's VEEPS service. It marks the first time in seven years that MLW have had an event on pay-per-view, the last show being the 2019 Saturday Night SuperFight that was headlined by Jacob Fatu defeating L.A. Park in a No Disqualifications Match for the MLW World Heavyweight Championship.Speaking to The Takedown on Sports Illustrated, MLW Founder and CEO hyped up the event as the biggest show of the year for the promotion."MLW is on a roll, and now it's time to go bigger," Bauer said. "We're not coming back to pay-per-view to play it safe. November 7 is where championships will be decided, rivalries will come to a head, and the best fighters in MLW will be expected to deliver on the biggest stage we've had in years. Chicago always brings an incredible atmosphere, and we're giving that crowd, and fans watching around the world, a night of super fights."MLW's return to pay-per-view isn't the only piece of good news the promotion has had as its flagship show, "MLW Fusion," finally landed on Tubi five years on from the initial deal MLW had in place. However, that was blocked by WWE as "WWE SmackDown" was on FOX at the time, and since FOX owns Tubi, WWE blocked the move that led to a lawsuit that was only settled in 2023. Tubi has reportedly been very happy with MLW's performance on the platform according to Fightful Select, but thanks to the current deals with Tubi and VEEPS, MLW is still able to negotiate with additional platforms.
