Will Ospreay is still AEW World Champion with a win in his first defense of the title against Jon Moxley at AEW All Out 2026.The pair fought-back and forth until Ospreay sent Moxley out of the ring. Moxley sent Ospreay to the floor after DDTing him on the ropes, right on the top turnbuckle. Moxley bounced the champion off the steps and cut him open on the edge, taking control of the bout. He hit Ospreay with a piledriver, but Ospreay avoided a second.The competitors pummeled each other with strikes and Moxley looked for the Fujiwara armbar. They traded counters, with Ospreay rising up from a triangle hold to look for the Styles Clash, but Moxley took him down with a rear-naked choke. Moxley hit a sleeper suplex, then a Gotch-style piledriver, and attempted to stomp on Ospreay's neck before the champion rose up.Ospreay regained momentum in the match and hit a powerbomb into a Styles Clash. He looked for a Hidden Blade, but Marina Shafir grabbed his boot. Mike Bailey and Francesco Akira, of the United Empire, wouldn't let the other Death Riders interfere. After a referee bump, however, the factions started to brawl. Pac came out with the briefcase Moxley used when he was champion, but Andrade El Idolo took him out.Moxley hit a Paradigm Shift and Ospreay hit a Hidden Blade with the referee still down. Shafir nailed Ospreay with the briefcase, but she was met by Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter, who took her out, then hit the United Empire taunt, before taking out Wheeler Yuta and the rest of the Death Riders.Ospreay ate a stomp on the briefcase, as well as two Paradigm Shifts and a Death Roller, but he wouldn't stay down. Ospreay ultimately connected with the Hidden Blade for the win.
