Mara Sade has reportedly signed with AEW.Sade generated a little buzz with the launch of her own website as it noted the former WWE and TNA star was now with AEW, having yet to officially make her debut or have her signing announced. The website was updated to remove the mention.Fightful Select has since reported that she has signed with the promotion and it's been a deal in the works for quite a while. AEW sources were said to have expected her to join the company over the summer, and she was said to have signed a contract that was in effect as of last week. The deal is reportedly a full-time salaried deal as opposed to a tiered deal.The report notes that Sade had conversations with WWE upon hitting free agency and had an offer to remain with TNA, ultimately finishing up with the company without a contract as part of the Knockouts TV Title tournament.She reached the quarter finals of said tournament, beating Tasha Steelz in the opening round before losing to Heather by Elegance.Sade began her wrestling career in 2022 after signing a developmental deal with WWE. She became known on "WWE NXT" as Jakara Jackson, teaming with Lash Legend as part of Meta-Four before departing in April 2025. She returned six months later as a TNA star crossing over, finishing up having wrestled in "NXT" as Jakara Jackson and Mara Sade.
