Arsenal star Declan Rice has withdrawn from the England squad for their upcoming UEFA Nations League matches, with Manchester United pair Marcus Rashford and Kobbie Mainoo and Newcastle Uniteds Tino Livramento also joining Chelseas Cole Palmer pulling out through injury.
