Now, they might be without their most targeted pass-catcher from a season ago, when Warren caught 76 passes as a rookie.Colts coach Shane Steichen had no details on the severity of Warren's injury, but expects the Colts to be cautious.Warren has already put together a fabulous camp, establishing himself early as one of the standouts, and appears to be well in sync with quarterback Daniel Jones.Warren initially left the field with trainers and was treated in the medical tent adjacent to the field. He later returned to the sidelines with a wrap around his right upper thigh area.Minutes later, Jones made his way over to Warren to presumably get an update on his top tight end.Warren, the 14th overall pick in 2025, is one of four Colts tight ends considered likely to make the final roster. Two others -- veterans Mo Alie-Cox and Drew Ogletree -- are mostly used as blockers, not move tight ends like Warren. The fourth, 2023 fifth-round pick Will Mallory, has had an impressive camp as a receiving tight end and led the Colts with six catches for 80 yards in their preseason opener against the New England Patriots last week.
