He has won his last three outings and has posted a 1.99 ERA and 1.01 WHIP spanning his previous four efforts. The results are earned, as evidenced by 27 strikeouts with only four walks covering 22 2/3 innings. Seymour should continue his solid second half at home against the Baltimore Orioles.Sean Manaea has recorded a quality start in five of his last six outings, including his previous four efforts. Over this span, he has an ERA of 2.95 with a 1.25 WHIP, fanning 38 with only 12 walks in 36 2/3 innings. He has the Washington Nationals on tap. For the season, the Nationals have been productive versus lefties, but for the last month, they've struggled against southpaws on the road. Lefty splits can be misleading, but the game is at pitcher-friendly Citi Field, and Manaea deserves the nod.Hayden Wesneski has not been dominant since his July 29 debut, but he has been pitch-efficient on his way to two wins, a 3.86 ERA and a 1.18 WHIP. Only 12 strikeouts in 18 innings make him risky, but the righty has a home date with the Seattle Mariners, whose offense has been below average all season and strikes out at an above-average clip.Joey Cantillo should be well-rested, as he's coming off a one-inning effort due to a rain delay. He has done a very good job keeping the ball in the yard and misses bats, but Cantillo has stretches of spotty control, which increase his pitch count. The Cleveland Guardians specialize in fixing these issues, and lately, Cantillo has been more consistent with his control. That will come in handy facing the San Diego Padres, a lineup exhibiting more patience lately.Hitters to stream on SaturdayRandy Dobnak's 2.00 ERA over seven starts since joining the Kansas City Royals rotation is a mirage, as demonstrated by the associated 4.54 xFIP and 4.90 SIERA. In 36 frames, he has fanned only 19 while issuing a generous 14 walks. His run prevention is due to allowing just two homers, fueled by a 55% ground-ball rate. Even so, the 31-year-old right-hander is vulnerable, and the Los Angeles Angels are poised to take advantage in Anaheim. Zach Neto is available in just under half of all ESPN leagues, while Wade Meckler, Nolan Schanuel, Vaughn Grissom and Moises Ballesteros are all available in over 95%.
