He had participated in individual drills at Steelers OTAs this week.In his three seasons in Pittsburgh, the 6-foot-7 Washington has 57 catches for 625 yards and two touchdowns in 50 games.The Steelers, meanwhile, have been active on the contract front this week. The agreement with Washington came a day after the team reached a four-year, $100 million extension with linebacker Nick Herbig.
