Jordynne Grace is back in the ring, and she didnt waste time reminding everyone what she can do. Prior to the April 10, 2026 episode of WWE SmackDown, Grace returned to action in a match taped for WWE Main Event. This marked her first match since suffering an ankle injury that had raised questions about how long shed be out. Grace faced Zelina Vega in the taped match and ended up scoring the win, signaling that her recovery is moving along and that shes ready to get back into action. The return comes after Grace revealed she injured her ankle during a match against Alba Fyre taped ahead of the March 6 episode of SmackDown. The injury happened during a rope spot where her ankle bent awkwardly. Even after getting hurt, Grace finished the match before later revealing she needed a medical boot and help getting backstage. The injury affected bigger plans as well. It was previously reported that WWE had discussed a possible triple threat match featuring Grace, Giulia, and Tiffany Stratton for the Womens United States Championship at WrestleMania before the injury forced a change. Now that Grace is back and already picking up wins, it looks like her time on the sidelines may be shorter than expected, and her return could quickly put her back into the title picture. Do you think Jordynne Grace should jump right back into a big storyline now that shes returned, or should WWE take it slow with her comeback? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
