Jim Ross isnt sold on WWEs current WrestleMania setupand he made it clear he still prefers keeping it to one massive night. Speaking on Grilling JR, Jim Ross was asked whether he prefers WrestleMania as a one-night or two-night event. His answer was immediateand definitive: One. One night. Ross explained that for him, WrestleMania works best when everything is packed into one stacked card instead of being split across two nights. Even so, Ross made it clear he understands why WWE moved to two nightsbut he still leans heavily toward the traditional format. He also hinted that the current structure may not be generating the same level of attention across both nightsespecially when it comes to fan conversation. That observation led Ross to question whether the second night is getting the same level of buzz as the first. And when it comes down to it, Ross made his stance clearhes still backing the one-night approach: So, you know, time will tell, as the old clich goes. But Im a lot more positive about a one-night WrestleMania than I am a two-night WrestleMania. With WrestleMania continuing as a two-night event in recent years, Ross comments tap into an ongoing debate about whether splitting the show improves the experienceor takes away from its impact as one singular spectacle. If WWE ever reconsidered the format, it would be a major changebut for now, the two-night structure remains in place, even as voices like Ross continue to push for a return to one.
