The April 7 edition of NXT was a big show with a ton of Stand & Deliver fallout. That being said, the brand is far from finished bringing big action to fans. WWE is turning NXT Revenge into a two-week special event built around major matches, on April 14 and 21. They made the big announcement during this weeks episode in a backstage segment with Robert Stone. The first week is set to feature the NXT Championship as Tony DAngelo defends against Ethan Page. This match will be Tony Ds first defense as the new NXT Champion. The second week is expected to raise the intensity with Zaria vs. Sol Ruca in a Last Woman Standing match. Kali Armstrongs NXT debut is also expected, along with Jacy Jayne and Lola Vice meeting again in an NXT Womens Championship rematch. With two straight weeks of title matches, a gimmick match, and a debut, WWE appears to be positioning NXT Revenge as a big draw on The CW. Only time will tell what else the brand adds to the show to attract attention. Whats your take on NXT Revenge? Do you plan on watching both weeks? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
