
Tonights TNA Sacrifice, airing March 27, 2026, promises an action-packed night live from the Alario Center in Westwego, Louisiana. The show sees TNA World Champion The Realest Mike Santana defend his title against Bulletproof Steve Maclin. Plus, TNA X-Divsion Champion The Youngest In Charge Leon Slater will defend his title against The World-Class Maniac Eric Young in Youngs Feast or Fired X-Division Title Match. Countdown To TNA Sacrifice Pre-Show Results (3/27/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights The Countdown To TNA Sacrifice Pre-Show opens up with Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcoming us and they preview the main event of Steve Maclin challenging TNA World Champion Mike Santana. We then get the entrances of the first match of the pre-show. Singles Match: The Nemeths The Hollywood Hunk Ryan Nemeth vs. BDE The match starts off with BDE hitting a dive through the ropes while holding his phone so his followers could watch on one of his social media channels. Nemeth then takes control and he hits a neckbreaker. Nemeth then wears BDE down with a chinlock. BDE then gets a near fall with a sunset flip, but Nemeth pops back up and nails him with a clothesline. Nemeth then hits a high angle DDT for a near fall. BDE then escapes a hangmans neckbreaker and hits Nemeth with a springboard cutter. BDE then comes off the top with a frog splash, but Nemeth gets his knees up. Nemeth then rolls up BDE and hooks his tights for the win. The winner of the Singles Match, The Nemeths The Hollywood Hunk Ryan Nemeth! It is then announced that Trey Miguel and Mustafa Ali will face each other for the TNA International Title at Rebellion. We then see the members of The System meet with the members of Order 4 to strike an accord. Agent 0 will take out Moose for The System and in return Eddie Edwards will give Mustafa Ali the first title shot once he wins the TNA World Title for the third time. They all agree to the terms, but both factions still dont trust each other. We then get the entrances of the main event of the pre-show. Singles Match: The Diamond Collectives The Undeniable Diamond Tessa Blanchard vs. The Wild Child Jody Threat The match starts off with Threat dominating early. Blanchard then escapes a suplex attempt and nails Threats knee and goes to work on the leg. Blanchard then ties Threats legs up. Threat then escapes and Blanchard charges into a boot. Threat then comes back with a series of clotheslines and a pump kick. Threat then squashes Blanchard against the middle rope and hits her with a release German suplex. Threat then evades Blanchard and goes to the middle ropes, but Blanchard hits a dropkick. Blanchard then pulls her out of the corner and hits her with a lung blower for a near fall. Threat then tries to fight back, but Blanchard goes back to the knee to slow her down. Threat then hits Blanchard with a delayed vertical suplex. Threat then yanks Blanchard up off the mat and dead-lifts her into a running powerbomb. Moore then puts Blanchards hand on the ropes to break up the count, which causes Grace and Hudson to get into it with Crawford on the floor. This then distracts the referee and in the chaos Moore enters the ring and hits Threat with her shoe. Blanchard then hits Threat with a hammerlock DDT for the win. After the match, all six women brawl and Blanchard hog-ties Threat with some power cables and drags her around the ring. We then get a recap of how Steve Maclin goes from fired to #1 contender to the TNA World Title.After a video package is shown to hype the World Title match, Nic Nemeth calls his shot for Rebellion. It will be Nic Nemeth vs. whoever is the World Champion at Rebellion. TNA Sacrifice Results (3/27/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights TNA Sacrifice opens up with a video package and Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcomes us to the show. Eric Young then makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the Sacrifice event. TNA X-Division Championship Match (Youngs Feast or Fired X-Division Title Match): The Youngest In Charge Leon Slater (c) vs. The World-Class Maniac Eric Young The match starts off with Young attacking Slater as he entered the ring, but when he unmasked him, it wasnt Slater. Slater then makes his way down to the ring from the crowd and hits a dive on Young. Both men then battle around the ring. Slater then hits a 619 on Young. Slater then keeps working over Young and sends him into the ring. Slater then goes to the top and he hits a swanton bomb for a two count. Slater then works over Young with punches in the corner. Slater then hits a reverse windmill kick and gets another two count. Young then battles back, but he is sent to the floor. Slater then goes to send him to the floor again, but it is reversed and Slater is sent into the ring steps. Young then tries to set up for a piledriver on the steps, but Slater escapes and nails him. Slater then goes for a Styles Clash, but Young bites him on the leg and hits one of his own for a two count. Young then grabs Slater from the back of the neck and hangs him above the ring. Slater then fires back with right hands. Both men then battle on the ropes. Young then nails him down to the ring and gets a two count. He then keeps working over the neck and shoulder. Young then hits him with a big right hand and sends him hard into the buckles for another two count. Young then gets more near falls. Slater then fires back with strikes and forearms, but is hit with a hard clothesline. Slater then makes a comeback with a twisting suplex into a neckbreaker for a two count. Young then catches him and hits a DVDR for a two count. Young is frustrated over and over by Slater kicking out. Young then kicks him in the face. Slater then reverses a whip and Young hits the Flair flop. Slater then meets him on the top, but Young bites him and knocks him into the ring. Young then nails a flying elbow and gets another two count. Slater then gets the better of their exchanges. Slater then hits Young with a Blue Thunder Bomb, but Young rolls out of the ring before Slater can execute a pinfall attempt. They then battle outside on the apron. Slater then bites Young. He then goes to the ropes. Young then rakes the eyes and pulls Slater into a piledriver, nailing one on the apron outside. Slater then survives and hits a Styles Clash and a 450 splash off the top for the win. The winner and still the TNA X-Division Champion, The Youngest In Charge Leon Slater! The One Man Gang is then shown in the crowd. We then see Gia Miller interview TNA World Champion Mike Santana. Santana says Steve Maclin taught him who he really is. Santana then says Maclin is a manipulator and a b***h. Santana then says tonight is Sacrifice and the TNA World Title represents Sacrifice and all the time spent away from his daughter and his family. Santana then says it represents the pain, the loss and the addiction in his life. Santana then says it represents all the nights he fought and bled to stand here tonight at champion. Santana then says he got Maclin his job back, but as payment as he is going to rip his heart out and feed it to him. We then get the entrances of the next match of the Sacrifice event.
