Former AEW coach Sarah Stock is firing off another round of serious accusations against the company this time claiming AEW dismantled its mental health support system. Stock took to Twitter on March 15, 2026, where she accused AEW leadership of eliminating the companys mental health department and criticized several individuals she claims were involved in the situation. In the post, Stock directly called out AEW President Tony Khan and alleged that the company removed its mental health program entirely. Stock also suggested that certain people inside the company were rewarded after the program was allegedly shut down. Her comments specifically targeted Director of Performance Psychology Chris Manzione, accusing him of mishandling confidential issues and lacking the proper qualifications for the role. Stock went further by questioning how someone without medical training could be responsible for a company-wide mental health program. She also accused Manzione of avoiding accountability when questions about the program were raised. Stock concluded by claiming the person responsible for the program lacked the knowledge needed to properly administer mental health care for talent: He cant answer your questions because he has no clue how to administer mental health care. Stock worked in AEW for roughly two years before departing in April 2025, though the exact reason for her exit was never publicly confirmed. At the time, reports indicated that she may have raised concerns internally about the companys mental health program and structural changes to the department. Her latest comments follow earlier accusations she made in December 2025 about alleged backstage disorganization within AEW production meetings. As of now, AEW has not publicly responded to Stocks latest claims. Do you think AEW should address Sarah Stocks accusations about the companys mental health program? Let us know your thoughts.
